My yoga classes are rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory, blending the wisdom of TCM with classic yoga flow and fascial flossing techniques to enhance movement, release tension, and promote healing. Fascial flossing offers numerous benefits for yogis, including:
